A 60 minute concert consisting entirely of train songs. Performed by Singer/Guitarist John Nyhan with Mo O Connor.

15:00 – Local History Workshop – Hibernian Hotel
Presented by Tony Harpur (Historian in Residence) Cork County Council. The workshop is designed to help local people/groups to write up and exhibit local history.

16:30 – Afro Trad in Concert – Hibernian Hotel
A folk Fusion of Irish and African drum and songs. BAND: Rosie Healy (Killarney): Flute, whistle, backup vocal Samuel Kiwanuka (Uganda & Tralee) Vocal hand percussion and Djembe. Tim O’Shea (Killarney) Vocal, Guitar, bodhran and hand percussion.

21:00 – Hank Wedel and Band featuring Declan Sinnott – Hibernian Hotel
This special “Rakes of Mallow” Concert will feature the first public showing of the “Rakes” music video, to celebrate the new single (We Are) The Rakes of Mallow. The show will feature surprise guests and much stage activity as Hank and Declan perform some recent recordings as well as some old favourites.
